Together with tools and workflows in Copilot Studio, an agent can look up information, prepare documents and start processes, while your rules and permissions stay in place.

We also look after the agents once they are live. Processes change, data grows and new versions arrive, and we keep agents, tools and APIs working so users can keep trusting them.
