Description
Our Continia Document Capture app brings Continia Document Capture into the Business 360 Role Center. A Document Capture group is added to the Finance Setup menu, so administrators reach the Continia setup pages without leaving the role center they already use.
The group links to Continia users and user setup, document categories, approval entries, advanced approval groups, Document Capture setup and Continia solution management.
The Role Center also gets parts for Document Capture activities, document categories and approval entries. They are hidden by default and can be shown through personalization.
In sandbox environments, the Business 360 environment clean-up also removes captured documents and e-mails older than one month, keeping test environments tidy.
